Marketing and Communications Officer:
The Officer will work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to organise events and campaigns and be involved in the planning, production and delivery of Keep Wales Tidy’s effective internal and external communications.
The Officer will be an organised, confident, innovative and hands-on member of the Keep Wales Tidy team who will have good attention to detail and who will be competent in their role. They will need to be able to work independently to a high standard but also work collaboratively across the organisation.
This is a full time post that will report to Amy Lloyd and will based at the Cardiff office, with excellent written and spoken welsh language as an essential requirement.
Salary point 12 – 19 of the Officer salary scale £23,624 – £27,994. The successful candidate will be appointed at a point within the range to reflect the skills and experience required for the role.
We are seeking a well organised and methodical individual who enjoys working within a small team and who has a flexible approach to prioritising and executing their duties.
This role suits someone who is very comfortable with numbers and a book-keeping role but also eager to contribute to broader financial and administrative work. The ability to work and communicate effectively with others to provide and receive required information and data is a must as well as having a methodical and proactive approach to work. The preferred candidate will have some experience in providing finance or administrative support duties in the past.
This is a part time post at 14 hours per week reporting to Jude Aldridge, and is based at the Cardiff office.
Salary point 12 of the Officer salary scale – pro rata at £9,465.60.
